My name is Robert Hills, I’m the CIO and a founding member of Nebula Tech Brisbane and I wanted to take a few minutes to tell you about what makes us remarkable and worth your time investigating amongst other competing Salesforce Implementation partners.

Based on our consultation we’ll set up and deliver the system that best meets your needs with integrations as required.

Implementation, Training and Handover

After setting up your system, it’s important to educate your team. We’ll help train your team to use the basic CRM functions and how to administer the system. Depending on the type of user plan you selected, we provide training for Standard CRM, Marketing, Sales and Service users.


This step sets us apart, we understand that now the systems up and running you’ve likely changed the scope many processes that made sense before the system was set up, you’ve likely got changes that need to be made, new staff that need training – new invoice details and the reports we setup may need adjusting. At this point, every other salesforce partner is gone, and you’ll need to pay an inflated hourly rate to make any changes to your initial design changes. However, with your partnership agreement in place, we’re still here when you need us to help your Salesforce instance grow as your company does

Most partners charge hourly and quote for every change as a project. Our Partnership agreements cover ongoing support and Development work.
